1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using tfhandywash.com (the "Website") or by using the TF Handy Wash laundromat facility at 664 Shoup Ave W, Twin Falls, ID 83301 (the "Facility"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Facility.

2. Description of Service

TF Handy Wash is a self-service laundromat. We provide commercial-grade Speed Queen washers and dryers, basic amenities (free Wi-Fi, seating, folding tables, vending), and 24/7/365 access. We do not offer attended wash-and-fold or drop-off service at this location. The Website provides information about pricing, hours, location, and other operational details.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website, server, or related infrastructure;
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code;
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Website in a way that overloads or disrupts service;
• Reproduce, copy, or distribute Website content without prior written consent (see Section 7);
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

4. Use of the Facility

Customers are expected to follow posted signage at the Facility, the cycle and payment instructions on each machine, and any operating rules in the Speed Queen mobile app. The Facility is monitored by 24/7 security cameras. Customers use the Facility at their own risk and are responsible for their own laundry, personal property, and conduct on the premises.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices, cycle times, and machine capacities listed on the Website are approximate and subject to change without notice. The pricing posted at the Facility and in the Speed Queen app is the authoritative current price. Payment is processed at the machine via coin, credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or the Speed Queen mobile app. We do not store your payment information; payment processing is handled by Speed Queen and its payment processors.

6. No Account Required

The Website does not require user registration or accounts. The Speed Queen app, which is operated by Alliance Laundry Systems, has its own terms of service and privacy policy that govern your use of that app. We are not responsible for the operation of the Speed Queen app.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, the TF Handy Wash name, and the design of the site — is owned by TF Handy Wash or used with permission and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Limited copying for personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

8. Disclaimers

The Website and Facility are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Idaho law, TF Handy Wash, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, damage to clothing or personal property, machine malfunctions, or service interruptions. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Website or Facility shall not exceed one hundred dollars (USD $100) or the amount you actually paid us in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TF Handy Wash and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Website or Facility, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We use third-party services (Netlify, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Facebook) and our Cookie Policy describes the cookies they may set.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The federal Consumer Review Fairness Act, the Federal Trade Commission Act, and other applicable U.S. federal laws also apply.

13. Dispute Resolution and Venue

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Facility shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Twin Falls County, Idaho. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating litigation; you may contact us at help@tfhandywash.com or (208) 731-5745 to raise a dispute informally.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and TF Handy Wash regarding your use of the Website.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Website or Facility after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
