TF Handy Wash respects the intellectual property of others and asks the same of our visitors. This page explains how to send us a notice if you believe content on tfhandywash.com infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce.

5. Counter-Notice

If you believe content of yours was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice that includes the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3):

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location it appeared before removal;
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
• Your name, address, and telephone number;
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the District of Idaho (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district where TF Handy Wash may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

6. Repeat-Infringer Policy

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to remove or disable access to material that we believe in good faith infringes copyright, and to terminate the access of repeat infringers.
