• Microsoft Clarity: We use Microsoft Clarity for session replay and heatmap analytics to help us understand how visitors interact with our site and improve usability. Clarity does not collect personally identifiable information. See Microsoft Clarity Privacy.
• Facebook (Meta): We may use Facebook Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. See Meta's Privacy Policy.

localStorage data is stored entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. You can clear localStorage at any time through your browser settings.

5a. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

• Contact-form submissions: retained up to 24 months after our last interaction with you, then deleted.
• Email correspondence: retained up to 36 months for service and dispute records.
• Server log data (Netlify): retained per Netlify's standard retention policy, typically 30 days.
• Analytics data (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Facebook Pixel): retained per each provider's policy. We do not control retention by these third parties.

4b. Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Some browsers send a Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We honor a GPC signal as an opt-out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not currently process DNT signals separately, because the standard is not uniformly defined.

7. Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Idaho State Law Compliance

TF Handy Wash operates in Twin Falls, Idaho, and complies with applicable Idaho state privacy laws.
