- Speed Queen App: Machine payments and monitoring are handled through the Speed Queen mobile app, which is operated by Alliance Laundry Systems. Their own privacy policy governs data collected through the app.
- Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and user behavior. Google may collect data as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft Clarity: We use Microsoft Clarity for session replay and heatmap analytics to help us understand how visitors interact with our site and improve usability. Clarity does not collect personally identifiable information. See Microsoft Clarity Privacy.
- Facebook (Meta): We may use Facebook Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. See Meta's Privacy Policy.

localStorage data is stored entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. You can clear localStorage at any time through your browser settings.
4a. Advertising (Google AdSense)
Our website may display advertisements served by Google AdSense, a service provided by Google LLC. Google AdSense uses cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites on the Internet.

- Our website is served over HTTPS (encrypted connection) via Netlify's hosting infrastructure
- Contact form submissions are transmitted securely and stored by Netlify
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
5a. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:
- Contact-form submissions: retained up to 24 months after our last interaction with you, then deleted.
- Email correspondence: retained up to 36 months for service and dispute records.
- Server log data (Netlify): retained per Netlify's standard retention policy, typically 30 days.
- Analytics data (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Facebook Pixel): retained per each provider's policy. We do not control retention by these third parties.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Delete your personal information from our records
- Opt out of analytics tracking by using browser-level tools such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on

Lawful bases we rely on: consent (for analytics and marketing cookies, where required), legitimate interests (for security, fraud prevention, and basic site operation), contract (to respond to your inquiries), and legal obligation (where the law requires us to retain or disclose data).

4b. Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Some browsers send a Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We honor a GPC signal as an opt-out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not currently process DNT signals separately, because the standard is not uniformly defined.
7. Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
8. Idaho State Law Compliance
TF Handy Wash operates in Twin Falls, Idaho, and complies with applicable Idaho state privacy laws. Idaho does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy statute equivalent to California's CCPA; however, we are committed to transparency and protecting your personal information in accordance with all applicable federal and state regulations, including the Idaho Consumer Protection Act (Idaho Code § 48-601 et seq.).
